For stock upgrades/downgrades: newratings

newratings is the best site I know of to find analyst upgrades and downgrades. It includes excerpts from the research notes, unlike many sites which simply list the "buy/sell" rating changes. Global research changes are also available, for non-US stocks. The site even includes charting capabilities.
