Deutsche Börse's takeover offer rejected by LSE

The London Stock Exchange rejected Deutsche Börse's takeover offer of 1.3 billion pounds. Deutsche Börse had said that it would take on the name of the LSE as well as give as many as half of its boardroom seats up. Still, the LSE said that the offer was too low. They will continue talks with both Deutsche Börse and Euronext.
