You must achieve a score of 850 when you order TrueCredit’s score based on TransUnion data.

Therein lies the catch...apart from the likelyhood of achieving a perfect score is low... you must order a credit report from them in order to determine whether you meet the requirement. $29.95 please. Cha ching!
